A Decent Stay. Some Issues Noted.

The suite had a lot of space. The auto drapes worked well in the room. Breakfast at the Grand Lux included great soups. The casino felt opulent.
Some outlets were broken in the room. This made using my cpap difficult. I left my airpods in the room and contacted the hotel. I tracked them to a house somewhere in the city.

I adored my suite! a luxurious retreat with ample space and plush bedding. i found diverse dining options. From casual eateries to upscale restaurants. the grand canal shops provided a unique shopping experience right inside the hotel. staff members were attentive. friendly, and readily available to assist with any request.
finding my way around this massive hotel took a little time initially, but i quickly got the hang of it.

The location provides easy access to many attractions and landmarks. It is perfect for exploring the area. the hotel is near many popular shows and restaurants and i enjoyed the many options. i safety was good .

i was impressed with the really good facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym. the pool area includes comfortable loungers, clean towels, and attentive service. the spa provides a range of treatments designed for relaxation. the venue showcases immaculate design.

I appreciated the comfy beds and large dressing room. the pool area was open in the evening which i found very convenient. bouchon restaurant was a nice spot for lunch on the first day. I enjoyed the atmosphere.

My husband and I had a short vacation. I found the suite large. It featured two TVs for our entertainment needs. The staff provided helpful explanations about the hotel layout. The pool area offered multiple pools with lots of seating. I really enjoyed the restaurant by the pool because it was delicious and very convenient.
The smoking throughout the casino was a small issue! since we are not smokers. It made the casino less enjoyable!

The staff at check-in was friendly. i received a map showing the hotel layout. This helped a lot! the room was clean, though the ice machine was broken on my floor. i did appreciate how quiet the room was at night. This made sleeping easier.
The wifi signal in the room was weak. i had difficulty streaming videos and using video conferencing for work. This was frustrating. also, the in-room safe had a small size. It barely fit my laptop.

The room was spacious and luxurious. it felt so romantic with the italian-inspired decor. the pools were a haven of warm water, my heart was so happy, and my son enjoyed them . the housekeeping was thorough. They kept everything super clean.
The check-in process seemed like navigating a maze? it was a bit overwhelming after a long journey, though the staff were kind. the resort fee felt quite steep! it seemed a bit much considering what it covered. It felt rather disproportionate.
